 Daria will guide you in a relaxing, centering and accessible practice suitable for all levels of experience. These weekly meditation sessions will be grounded in Mindfulness and a body-centered approach. Come start the week off with more serenity and feel the support as we practice together in community. This 25 min. Guided Meditation takes place online every Monday.

Daria’s Mindfulness Mentor Group

A one hour weekly online session where you’ll receive a guided meditation/reflection, prompts to journal & discuss, time to ask questions & share, support and guidance from Daria, and connection with a small group of like-minded seekers on the path to greater inner freedom through mindfulness and self-compassion practice.

  • Wednesdays at 9:00-10:15 am PST / 12:00-1:15 PM EST (U.S.A.) /

    6:00-7:15 pm CET (Europe)

  • Online on Zoom

  • Each session is $25.50 or 25,50€.

    You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month and pay for all sessions monthly. You can choose to leave the group at any time
