Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-backed training program based on the therapeutic insights of Dr. Christopher Germer and innovative studies of Dr. Kristin Neff, that combines mindfulness and self-compassion. Thousands of participants worldwide have taken this course to develop skills that improve emotional well-being, gain a healthier perspective on life’s challenges, and learn how to treat themselves with kindness and support. MSC is therapeutic, but it’s not therapy. The emphasis of the program is on building our own resources of self-compassion and mindfulness through a process of self-discovery.
WHAT IS SELF COMPASSION ?
Self-compassion means treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer a close friend when facing challenges, setbacks, or personal insecurities.
